Travel Research and Planning Fee Agreement

This Travel Research and Planning Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) and the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) at https://www.rainbowgetaways.net/terms-conditions become effective between Rainbow Getaways (“Agency”) and you (including all travelers on the same booking) (“you” or “Traveler”) upon your signature (electronic or written), or your payment of Planning Fees, until terminated in writing by you or Agency.

CUSTOM TRAVEL RESEARCH AND PLANNING FEES

Travel research and planning fees (“Planning Fees”) for customized travel cover our initial consultation, research, proposal development, revisions to finalize a customized itinerary, booking, managing all components, and support while traveling.
Fees are based on the complexity of the trip.

FEES FOR CUSTOM TRAVEL PLANNING

We suggest one overall trip proposal.
Fees start at $247 for full trip planning, up to 21 days.
Proposals for different destinations will be charged an additional fee of $50.
Last-minute booking fees will be subject to additional fees of $200 for trip requests within 45 days of travel—or within 90 days if travel is during a national holiday.

HOTELS

We have access to some of the world’s most distinguished premium properties.
Our amenity program may include VIP privileges that enable us to craft memorable and authentic experiences for you.
When you book with us, we make sure you feel like a VIP by upgrading your booking when possible.
You may receive benefits unavailable by direct booking or an online booking engine.
These benefits often include the following:
- Complimentary Breakfast for two
- Upgrade (on arrival, subject to availability)
- Resort, Food & Beverage, or Spa credit (usually valued at $100 per stay)
- Early check-in/check-out (subject to availability)
If your hotel is not a preferred partner, we may not be able to get you additional benefits.
Hotels may not offer loyalty rewards or credit nights to your annual stays.

For Resort-Only Bookings, Planning Fees are as follows:

$50 when you specify property, dates, and your desire for preferred partner amenities.
$247 per trip if your request requires our research (including up to 5 hotels in one location).
$447 if you request any hotel booking within fourteen days before departure.
Urgent or time-intensive requests requiring sourcing options from an extended list of vetted options will be charged $400 per request.
For more comprehensive assistance, we can discuss a full-service customized itinerary.

OCEAN AND RIVER CRUISES

Planning fees for the following preferred cruise lines are waived: Explora Journeys, Virgin Voyages, Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Aurora Expeditions, Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
$50 when the traveler specifies the ship and sail date for up to two cruises on a non-preferred cruise line.
$247 per trip if your request requires our research (including up to 5 cruises with a maximum length of 14 days).
Additional fees may be required for voyages longer than 15 days and back-to-back voyages (please inquire if applicable).

GENERAL TERMS

All Planning Fees are separate from the cost of your travel.
All Planning Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, whether or not you decide to book travel.
This Agreement is separate from your agreements with any travel suppliers, e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and any other suppliers.
