Travel Research and Planning Fee Agreement
This Planning Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) together with the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) at https://www.rainbowgetaways.net/terms-conditions are:

BETWEEN: RAINBOW GETAWAYS LLC (“Agency,” “our,” “us,” or “we”)
AND: You (“you” or “your”)
(each a “Party” and, together, the “Parties”).
This Agreement becomes effective upon: (1) your written, digital, or electronic signature; (2) your delivery of payment authorization to us; or (3) your payment of Planning Fees. This Agreement will terminate upon completion of your trip or until terminated earlier in writing by you or us.
CUSTOM TRAVEL PLANNING
We provide custom travel planning covering all land arrangements and logistics (lodging, rail, transfers, and scheduled activities), which may include the following components: (1) our initial consultation with you; (2) our research regarding options, variations, and pricing; (3) our development of a written proposal; (4) our preparation and finalization of your customized itinerary, in collaboration with you; (5) our bookings on your behalf; and (6) our support during your travel. If you require services not set out in this Agreement, we are glad to discuss options tailored to your needs.
GENERAL TERMS
Our custom travel planning fees (“Planning Fees”) are based on the complexity of your trip. Planning Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, separate from, and in addition to the cost of your travel.
TRAVEL RESEARCH AND PLANNING FEE SCHEDULE

Planning Fees for vacations up to 21 days start at $247 per household.

For additional days and people, we may charge fees of $50 per household or per week.

Proposals for multiple destinations are subject to additional fees of $247 per destination.

Last-minute bookings are subject to additional fees of $247 for trip requests made: (1) less than 30 days prior to travel; or (2) less than 90 days prior to travel if travel is during a U.S. national holiday.
HOTELS
We have access to some of the world’s most distinguished premium properties. Our amenity program may include VIP privileges enabling us to craft memorable and authentic experiences.
When you book with us, we seek to upgrade your bookings when possible. Though we cannot guarantee amenities are available, amenities may include the following benefits, which may not be available through direct or online bookings: (1) complimentary breakfast for two; (2) resort, food & beverage, or spa credits (valued at up to $100 per stay); (3) upgrade on arrival, subject to availability; and (4) early check-in/check-out, subject to availability.
If your hotel is not a preferred partner, we may not be able secure additional benefits.
For Resort-Only Bookings, Planning Fees are as follows:

$50 if you specify the property, dates, and your desire for preferred partner amenities.

$100 per trip if your request involves presenting multiple destinations or resorts.

$247 if you request any hotel booking less than 14 days prior to departure.

Urgent or time-intensive requests requiring us to source options from an extended list of vetted options are subject to fees of $400 per request.

AIRLINES
​

$25 per person (domestic flights and are NON-REFUNDABLE).

$50 per person (international flights and are NON-REFUNDABLE).

$50 per person for award travel (fees must be paid in advance and are NON-REFUNDABLE).
OCEAN AND RIVER CRUISES

Planning fees for the following preferred cruise lines are waived: Explora Journeys, Virgin Voyages, Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Aurora Expeditions, Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

$50 when the traveler specifies the ship and sail date for up to two cruises on a non-preferred cruise line.

$247 per trip if your request requires our research (including up to 5 cruises with a maximum length of 14 days).

Cruises exceeding 15 days and back-to-back cruises are subject to additional fees (please inquire).
